Masked Rider is an American tokusatsu television series produced by Saban Entertainment and broadcast between 1995 and 1996 on Fox Kids. Adapted from the famous Japanese franchise Kamen Rider by Toei Company, it falls in line with other popular shows of the time, such as Power Rangers.

The story follows the adventures of Dex, a prince from the planet Edenoi, who takes refuge on Earth to escape his evil uncle, Count Dregon. Aided by the Stewart family who take him in, he uses his technological powers to protect his new planet from invasions of mutant insects.

The protagonist, Masked Rider, is a courageous warrior capable of transforming to acquire superhuman strength and agility. Equipped with his iconic armor and combat vehicle, Dex is distinguished by his sense of justice and his determination to defeat the forces of evil.
